Diane Damour-Duteil

Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Dalkia U.S.

Diane Damour-Duteil coordinates and supports the development of Dalkia U.S. and ensures the good integration and a sustainable performance of the activities. Diane is a graduate of Nanterre University (France) in Economics and has also completed a Master's degree in Finance at the Paris School of Business.

Diane is a graduate of Nanterre University (France) in Economics and has also completed a Master's degree in Finance at the Paris School of Business.

After graduation, she began her career at Arthur Andersen as an auditor and after 3 years joined Cogetherm, a new French energy player in cogeneration, as Finance Manager. Then, after Cogetherm got sold, Diane held different responsibilities at Warner Bros. France & Benelux during 7 years as Financial Controller developing a true enthusiasm in working abroad. Soon afterward, Diane expanded her knowledge as Deputy CEO and CFO of a French publishing company learning how to make crucial decisions in uncertain environments and in a low-performing industry.

In 2009, her strong interest in the Energy sector made her join Dalkia where Diane has been working at different levels of the company. She has been Finance Manager for the Central Europe area working with the local Polish, Czech, Slovak, Romanian, and German teams among others and developing cross-functional analysis to enhance the performance of the operating entities. Then she moved to Corporate roles, first as Group Head of Performance & Long Term Planning where she designed, maintained and coordinated the reporting of a set of financial indicators for decision-making purposes, and then as Executive Coordinator for the CEO of Dalkia Group EDF for two years, right after the former Dalkia company was distributed between its two owners EDF Group and Veolia Environment.

Before settling in the United States, she operated as Deputy International Director and implemented the international reporting and governance required to supervise the activities newly acquired by Dalkia Group EDF in Poland, in Russia, in the UK and in the United States since 2014.

Joe Goding

COO, Aegis Energy

In his role, Joe is responsible for business operations, and manages teams across production, service, research & development, engineering, analysis & finance, to drive revenue growth and continued organizational success. He possesses nearly two decades of relevant experience, most recently holding a comparable position in the aerospace industry. In this role, he was responsible for strategic planning and corporate compliance in addition to two company acquisitions.

In his role, Joe is responsible for business operations, and manages teams across production, service, research & development, engineering, analysis & finance, to drive revenue growth and continued organizational success. He possesses nearly two decades of relevant experience, most recently holding a comparable position in the aerospace industry. In this role, he was responsible for strategic planning and corporate compliance in addition to two company acquisitions.

He holds an advanced degree in accounting from Bryant College and is a certified public accountant and a certified internal auditor. Outside of work, Joe is the treasurer and a board member of the Friends of John Paire, a nonprofit organization whose mission it is to grant children access to a well-rounded education regardless of their economic status.

As CEO of Dalkia Energy Solutions, Jon is responsible for strategy, overall operations and Dalkia's US corporate development. Jon was CEO and co-founder of Groom Energy Solutions, which was acquired by Dalkia in September 2016. He was also a co-founder and Board Member of Digital Lumens, an LED lighting company he co-founded in 2007 that was sold to Osram in 2017.

As CEO of Dalkia Energy Solutions, Jon is responsible for strategy, overall operations and Dalkia's US corporate development. Prior to co-founding Groom Energy, Jon was a general partner at Charles River Ventures (CRV), a leading venture capital firm with $2 billion under management. At CRV, Jon was an active lead investor, board member or advisor for high profile software and service companies such as BeFree (acquired by ValueClick), eDocs (acquired by Siebel Systems), Vignette (VIGN), Virtusa (VRTU) and Xign Corporation (acquired by JP Morgan Chase).

Before CRV, Jon held senior management positions at Open Market, a start-up ecommerce software company that went public in 1996. Prior to joining the early Open Market team, Jon served in a variety of senior product marketing and sales management roles with both Hewlett Packard and J.P. Morgan.

Jon earned his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Duke University, where he graduated with distinction. Jon is also a past member and committee chair of Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering Board of Visitors as well as the Board of Visitors at The Museum of Science in Boston.

Bob brings over twenty years of energy engineering related experiences to his role at Dalkia Energy Solutions, leading our sales and project development teams.

Prior to co-founding Groom Energy, Bob held multiple positions within Orion Energy Services, a Midwest-based manufacturer of energy efficient commercial lighting and other technologies. Bob began his tenure at Orion as engineering manager. From there he quickly moved from engineering to national account sales where he doubled revenues with a large customer base and was promoted to vice president of sales for the Northeast.

Earlier in his career, Bob spent eight years with Tecumseh Products Company, a Wisconsin-based manufacturing company. There, Bob held multiple roles including engineering manager, group plant engineer, maintenance manager and manufacturing manager, in which he focused on the efficiencies related to process, facilities and energy.

Bob attended University of Wisconsin Fox Valley and completed degree programs in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial and Facilities Engineering, Energy Management and Procurement.

Sorena brings over 30 years of senior financial and operations management experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, software and service businesses. In her role at Groom Energy Solutions, Sorena leads the finance and human resources functions.

Prior to Groom Energy, Sorena specialized in process-oriented consulting, leading significant organizational change transitions for mid-sized companies. Earlier in her career she held senior finance roles in several different start-up companies. Sorena began her career in accounting as a senior auditor with KPMG, during which time she also completed her CPA.
Sorena earned both an MBA and Master of Science in Accounting at Northeastern University, following her undergraduate education at Tulane University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Fritz brings over twenty five years of senior management experience in both the industrial and electrical distribution markets. In his role at Dalkia Energy Solutions, Fritz leads the operations team, which includes project management, supply chain, technical services and incentive management.

Prior to Groom Energy, Fritz was President of Poplar Consulting Group, Inc., providing strategic consulting services to manufacturers, distributors and private equity firms in the supply chain markets. Earlier in his career Fritz was a senior executive with WW Grainger. During his 10-year tenure with Grainger, he held several senior management positions in Integrated Supply, National Accounts, as well as the Industrial Supply Division. As Vice President of Grainger Integrated Supply, he co-founded and built the $240 M division into the industry’s leading Management Services outsourcing entity.

Fritz has a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University (of Ohio), in Marketing with an emphasis in Finance. He has authored several articles for industry publications and has been a noted speaker at many industry conferences including National Association of Purchasing Management, Council of Logistics Management, and the International Parking Institute.
