Diane Damour-Duteil

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Diane is responsible for coordinating and supporting the development of Dalkia U.S. while ensuring quality integration and sustainable performance for all company activities.

She has been with Dalkia since 2009, previously working as a finance manager for the central Europe area. She then moved up to corporate roles, first as the group head of performance and long-term planning where she designed, maintained and coordinated the reporting of a set of financial indicators for decision-making purposes, and then as the executive coordinator for the CEO of Dalkia, EDF Group.

Before coming to the United States, Diane operated as deputy international director and implemented the international reporting and governance required to supervise the activities newly acquired by Dalkia Group EDF in Poland, Russia, the UK and the U.S.

Diane has previously held positions with Arther Andersen, Cogetherm-EDF Group and Warner Bros. France & Benelux. She graduated from Nanterre University in France with a degree in economics and has also has a master’s degree in finance from the Paris School of Business.
