Kyle Krow

Kyle Krow is a dynamic leader and strategic thinker with a proven track record of building
new markets, developing high-performing teams, and delivering complex energy solutions at
scale. As Senior Vice President of Business Development at Dalkia US, Kyle leads the Complex
Multi-Measure (CMM) team, a growing business unit that brings together three distinct service
lines to deliver comprehensive, integrated energy projects. In this role, he is responsible for
overall business performance—from strategy and sales to team development and cross-unit
collaboration.

Since joining Dalkia in 2016 through Aegis Energy, Kyle has been instrumental in expanding
the company’s market footprint. He launched the federal and military verticals, consistently
ranked as the company’s top-selling representative for five consecutive years, and holds the
record for the highest-grossing single project in Aegis history. But while his individual sales
achievements are significant, Kyle is most proud of his evolution into a team
leader—empowering others to reach new heights and fostering a culture grounded in
accountability, innovation, and shared success.

Kyle is also known for his ability to transform ideas into actionable growth strategies. He
played a key role in the launch of Dalkia US Chiller, helping shape its market presence and
custom incentive structure, and recently led the company’s first fully integrated inter-business
project—an effort that exemplifies the collaborative, solutions-focused approach he brings to
every challenge. His current focus is on scaling the CMM team into Dalkia’s largest and most
profitable business unit, while continuing to mentor emerging leaders across the organization.

Originally from Western Massachusetts, Kyle was born in Springfield and raised in nearby
Chicopee. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in
Marketing. Today, he lives in South Hadley with his wife and their two young daughters—his
greatest joy and top priority. Outside of work, he enjoys home improvement and landscaping
projects, family travel, and spending time on the water boating with his family.

At his core, Kyle is driven by a desire to leave things better than he found them—whether
that’s helping a colleague reach a milestone, reshaping a business unit, or delivering lasting
value to a client. He envisions a future where Dalkia is recognized as the industry leader in
integrated energy solutions, with the CMM team at the forefront of innovation, impact, and
growth. His legacy, he hopes, will be defined by the people he’s helped, the markets he’s opened,
and the culture of excellence he’s helped to build.
